RGB to CMYK TIFF

Submit S3 keys/paths. The API reads from READ_S3_BUCKET and writes TIFFs to WRITE_S3_BUCKET.

Source objects are always read from READ_S3_BUCKET. Full s3:// paths are accepted, but bucket is ignored.
